The pig feed silo comes standard with a safety ladder and a feed level observation window, making daily use and management more convenient.

At the joint of the upper cone plate on the top of the pig feed silo, a mold-pressed forming process is adopted with a large corrugated design and arc-surface butt-joint. This structure allows the bolts and sealing gaskets that fix the upper cone plate and the side wall to be located on the plane of the upper cone plate, which effectively prevents damage and water leakage, greatly improves the sealing performance of the silo joints, and makes the overall appearance more aesthetically pleasing.

The joints of the side walls are sealed using double rows of bolts and three rows of butyl rubber. This multi-layer sealing and reinforcement structure enhances the sealing and overall stability of the joints, ensuring the silo can withstand harsh weather and high-intensity use.

The pig feed silo is manufactured on an advanced CNC production line, ensuring high accuracy, minimal error, and stability to international standards. Outdoor-specific hot-dip galvanized steel plates are used, featuring 275 grams per square meter double-sided galvanization and passivation treatment, which greatly enhances corrosion resistance and extends service life. The angle and structure of the pig feed silo are optimized to ensure feed flows down more smoothly, reducing the risk of clogging.

Main Features of the Pig Feed Silo

1. The silo is made from high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheets produced by well-known manufacturers in China, with a double-sided galvanized layer of 275 grams per square meter and passivation treatment, effectively improving rust and corrosion resistance.
2. All connecting bolts are made of high-strength alloy, hot-dip galvanized, and tested with a 48-hour salt spray test, ensuring long-term use in harsh environments. Both transverse and vertical joints are sealed with silicone, providing excellent wind and rain resistance and extending the silo’s service life.
3. The top of the silo is equipped with an automatic extension torsion spring control structure, allowing the silo cover to be easily opened and closed from the ground. The lower cone plate is equipped with a transparent glass observation window for easy real-time monitoring and checking of feed levels.
4. The ladder and platform are reinforced and equipped with circular guardrails for user-friendly design and operator safety.
5. The feed silo comes in a variety of capacities, ranging from 3 tons to 33.8 tons, and can be flexibly selected according to the scale of farming.
